The role
This agency has been through an exciting period of growth, with the HR team playing a key role in supporting this expansion. The distinctive set-up of the agency means that, as an HR business partner, you’d be aligned to work with specific teams, coordinating with their leaders to develop an understanding of their needs and support they require.

From Scotland to the South Coast of England, you could work from any of their five UK offices and home-working flexibility comes as standard.
You’ll have the chance to:
- Work collaboratively with the HR team to help the business progress, with a focus on employee engagement and promoting their open feedback culture
- Become the go-to person for line managers to effectively manage their teams
- Position yourself as the point of contact for HR practice for both local and overseas clients
- Work closely with the HR team to devise new strategies and streamline existing processes to reach collective goals
- Give clear and accurate advice relating to all things HR (payroll, benefits and more)
The person
You could be a HR manager looking for a more innovative working environment, or an experienced HR specialist ready to take that next step in your career. You’ll be organized and a stickler for detail, with a natural drive to excel in your career, by actively looking for ways to expand your knowledge. This role is set for a fixed 1-year contract starting in June 2022.
As a key member of the HR team, you’ll need to be flexible in your approach to work, which may include visiting other UK offices when needed. You’ll also have:
- 5+ years’ experience in a HR role
- A degree and be CIPD-qualified
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR practice
- A passion for coaching and upskilling other HR colleagues
- A proven track record in developing working relationships with key stakeholders
